Position: Account Manager

Purpose & Passion

You are a passionate Account Manager seeking to advance your career. First 3 months you will be mentored and attend Portofino University to learn the industry and obtain certification. You will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers. 50% of your time you will be responsible for developing long-term B2B relationships with your portfolio of existing commercial pool maintenance accounts connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. 50% of your time you will be developing B2C relationships with private residential pool owners, responding to leads for pool renovation and/or outdoor living. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams and outside contractors to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions to ensure retention and develop sales strategies to obtain new orders and achieve goals.

Qualifications: As the successful candidate, your selection will be based on our common beliefs and values, personal drive, optimism, people skills and ability to easily adjust sales styles between Relationship/Consultative problem solving and Proactive style.BA/BS degree or equivalent; Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment. Must possess excellent closing, verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software. Drug Free Workplace, Valid driver’s license. Proven sales experience in similar role.

Position: Management Trainee – Certified Pool Operator Technician

Purpose & Passion

As a management trainee you are an ambassador to effectively present the “Portofino Value Proposition” by performing support services to clean scheduled pools. Your role is critical to maintaining quality customer relations and advancing our mission by working closely with an advanced pool technician and our GM.

Primary Roles & Opportunity

• Accountable to perform all pool cleaning services in accord with company BluDiamond Standards and Standards of conduct.
• Ensuring long-term customer loyalty and referrals to new customers
• Prepares, manages and updates “Weekly Scorecard”
